POLICY

* This is not a permission- or consent-based game. (see news consent)

* Communication of in-game information through out-of-character means is not allowed. Therefore, there are no out-of-character channels on this MUX, and paging to simulate comlink calls is not done; use in character comlinks.

* Multiple characters are not allowed without permission. The only exception is that you may have an Aramandi character (see news Aramandi characters) in addition to your regular character.

* Our word on the RPG and theme is the *final* word, at least on this game.

* We reserve the right to monitor anything you do here, including mail or pages, for the purposes of MUX security or bugfixes.

* Players have no quota because there is little need for player-owned objects. If you need a certain special IC object (a wedding ring, etc.), ask an admin.

* Don't wander into restricted areas if you have no reason to be there; the same goes for ships. If you want to steal a ship, this is a judged incident and is often nearly impossible (stealing a TIE out of a hangar).

* The Star Wars movies were rated PG, and contained almost no gore, sex, or obscenities, despite all the action and drama. Please keep the game to roughly the same level. If you wish to roleplay anything more explicit, roleplay it in a private area and get the consent of the people involved first. If in doubt, ask an admin.

* You must request a judge before initiating combat. If a judge does not respond within a minute or two, you can fight without a judge if everyone present agrees and has used combat before. Wielding a weapon without calling a judge is fine; shooting with it generally isn't.

* If you are about to do something intentionally suicidal (taking suicide pills, crashing your ship into the ground or the sun), please request a judge first. Having the game kill you without anyone there to see it isn't any fun.

* Don't idle during combat; two minutes of idling on your turn will result in losing your turn.

* If you find a code bug, we expect you to report it, not exploit it.

* We do take suggestions or complaints, by page, @mail, or email. We don't bite.
