To connect to the Brak Sector MUX, you need only connect to braksector.com 4201. While telnet will certainly work fine, we recommend that you use a client designed specifically for MU*ing. Many are available for free online. Here are a few of the more popular packages:

MUSHClient
ZMud
SimpleMU
Connecting with any of these clients is generally as easy as telnet. Please see each client's website for more detailed documentation.
